Functional Consultant - Stock Broking Operations

The ideal candidate:

- Should have worked in operations and compliance role with a stock broker.

- At least 5 years of total experience

- Should have knowledge of SEBI regulations for stock brokers.

- Good written English and decent spoken English skills as well as MS Office skills are mandatory

- Should be Mumbai based

- Good understanding of Stock Broking Operations

- Should have handled backoffice operations of a stock broker i.e. Account Opening, Depository Participant, Trade settlement, Delivery settlement & all the compliance exchange and regulatory bodies.

- Should have conducted overall execution of Processes and supervision of the operations team.

- Should have conducted smooth flow of Pay in and Pay out operations.

- Knowledge and ability to handle Inspections conducted by different exchanges and regulators would be an added advantage.
