SAP PS Consultant - Pharma MNC - Bangalore (6-12 yrs) SAP Projects Functional Consultant Qualification : MBA, Finance; Professional degrees (MCA/ BE); SAP Certification added advantage Total Experience : - 6-9 Years of IT experience and minimum of 5 years + experience in SAP Projects Module (PS & PPM). Experience of at least 2 end to end SAP implementation. Job Skills & Specifications : - Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in area of SAP Projects System (PS) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) - Strong understanding of Integration between Project Systems and Materials Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Finance and Human Capital Management. - Should possess strong skills in functional requirement gathering / fit-gap analysis, master data setup, end user support and documentation. - Candidate should have good understanding and experience in different phases of Software Development Life Cycle in relation to ERP implementation with involvement in at least 2 full cycle implementations in the area of Projects. - Experience with core business processes related to Projects and Service Industry related areas. - Certification in PS will be an advantage. - A thorough knowledge of different SAP products is necessary, how they operate and how they are useful for the company. - Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. - Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Roles and Responsibilities : - Provide SAP PS & PPM subject matter expertise and project implementation support for the Projects module. - Responsible for understanding business /functional requirements. Perform gap-fit analysis between SAP functionality and Business requirements. - Model business processes in a PS & PPM area on to the package using prior implementation experience. - Work closely with the SAP project team in documenting, configuring and implementing the Project module correctly. Also, provide support for Master Data Management, custom transactions or 3rd party interfaces. - Working closely with end users in successful testing of the configured business processes on SAP. - Ensure that all Project tasks are completed on time and in accordance with the Project scope & requirements. - Responsible for imparting the end user training.
