Functional Consultant - SAP FI/CO - Big4

Job Role:

SAP FI/CO Functional Consultants, Pre and Post Implementation Review.

Key Responsibility Area:

Client responsibilities

- Be part of Risk Transformation, Internal Audit & Risk Assurance engagements, and internal projects

- Ability to work as a team member within audit, pre-post implementation reviews, SAP diagnostic reviews and other projects

- As a team member, resource must right attitude towards teaming, ownership, knowledge sharing and learning

- Highlight risks to the project manager and works back with him/her on the mitigation plan

- Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties

- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel

- Regular status reporting to the project manager and onsite coordinators

- Demonstrate flexibility to travel to the customer locations on a need basis

- Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

People responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-8 years of implementation, advisory, and auditing experience in SAP FI/CO, FSCM module audits, compliance reviews, due diligence audits, business risk consulting, controls assessment and process optimization engagements

- Should have completed 1 to 3 end to end implementations for ERP covering the detailed configuration settings for SAP FI/Co, FSCM modules

- Excellent understanding and hands-on experience of FI (General Ledger(GL), New GL accounting and functionalities, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Bank Accounting, Withholding Tax, Automatic Payment Program, Special purpose ledger), Assets, Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA), Internal Orders and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), CO (Overhead cost management, Product Costing), Treasury, Credit & Collection Management, Project Accounting / systems, workflow and settlement rules

- Excellent knowledge of key business processes like Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory Management, Hire to Retire etc. and IDOC, Interfaces, the workflow is the must

- Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana (Simple Finance) is an added advantage

Qualification:

- Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, MBA, MCA, MS

- B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MBA/M.Sc. with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience with other Big3

Certifications (desirable)

- Relevant professional certifications such as FI/CO, FSCM, CISA & CRISC etc
