Functional Consultant - Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Digital Transformation Team

Looking for a Salesforce marketing cloud Functional consultant Role for Dubai Location.

- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Deep knowledge and experience in Salesforce (SFMC) platform with end to end implementation and integration experience including integration tools.

- Expert Knowledge of Email Studio, Social Studio, Ad Studio, Automation Studio (including Journey Builder), Mobile Studio.

- Responsible for CRM full suite implementation/Digital Transformation.

- Responsible for SalesForce Service cloud and Marketing Cloud Setup and Implementation.

- Automate communications for the brands.

- Working on Omni Channel Strategies.

- Project coordinator.

- Responsible for Clienteling app development and UAT.

- Integral part of the Digital Transformation team.

- Assist the Loyalty team to define project plan to launch the loyalty program.

- Gather the business requirements and coordinating with Developers on the project.

- Provide solution/mapping design to integrate Service & Marketing.
