Mumbai &amp; Pune has only 2-3 positions rest are Bangalore and Gurgaon based positions For Analyst: Exp level: 2-4 yrs with min 2 yrs of relevant experience in salesforce For Consultant: Exp level: 4-9 yrs with min 2-4 yrs of relevant experience in salesforce Job Description Responsibilities: - Lead customer experience assessment, channel analysis, KPI definition, solution and vendor evaluation in the CRM space - Conduct CRM capability assessment, prepare target CRM operating model, functional blueprint, use cases, create and articulate business case for CRM solutions and explain the value proposition to the client - Business requirements analysis, process &amp; solution design for implementation of CRM solutions. Strategize the change process and assist client in implementing an effective CRM solution - Provide probable solution options for customer engagement, sales &amp; customer service processes and functional architecture and act as an SME for full scale CRM implementation Qualification: e Any full-time graduation Experience: - CRM Functional Consultant with 2+ years of experience in Sales / Service / Marketing cloud implementation (4+ years of total CRM implementations experience) with deep functional, industry and client facing experience - In-depth understanding of omnichannel CRM functional capabilities including customer engagement, sales, service, community, CPQ, Field Service, Analytics and integration with digital channels - In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application is a MUST - Good to have understanding of Vlocity Industry Cloud Applications capabilities. Vlocity is one of Salesforce's fastest growing partners - Good to have understanding or working knowledge on other CRMs; SAP Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Pega - Very strong communication skills and habits, demonstrating skills in sharing and explaining complex concepts, creative and pro-active thinking, and situational adaptation of these skills Working Days 5 Days a week Job Nature Full Time
