Functional Consultant - Oracle Fusion HCM

We are hiring for an esteemed Oracle Platinum Partner, currently seeking talented individuals to join us as Oracle Fusion HCM Consultants.

We are looking for people who have the following experience:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) and extensive expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting HCM applications. The successful candidate will collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide innovative solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, ensuring alignment with Oracle Fusion HCM capabilities.

- Design and develop custom solutions and integrations to enhance the functionality of Oracle Fusion HCM applications.

- Provide expertise in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system optimization within the Oracle Fusion HCM environment.

- Conduct end-user training sessions and create documentation to support user adoption.

- Stay abreast of Oracle Fusion HCM updates and enhancements, recommending and implementing new features as applicable.

- Work closely with technical teams for data migration, system integrations, and other technical aspects of Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
