Job Role

As an Oracle HRMS Functional specialist, you will be working on both offshore and onsite client projects which will involve

- Understanding client requirement

- Implementation of Oracle Applications

- Modules: Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, iRecruitment, OLM, Talent Management

- Roll-out, Upgrades, Modifications, Maintenance etc

Position will be key contact for client from understanding requirement to seem less service delivery and payment collection.

Qualification / Experience

- 4-7 years hands on experience in working on of Oracle HRMS Apps (11i& R12 versions) as a functional expert; Any experience in technical role would be an advantage

- Experience in working with Oracle Fusion and Learning & Development module is an advantage

- Demonstrated leadership to build and manage teams of fresher and experienced professionals

- Abilities to communicate effectively

- Graduate / Post graduate from reputed institution
