Qualifications and Experience :
- B.E./B.Tech/M.S./M.Tech/MBA from a tier 1 institution with around 8-12 years of experience in ERP Implementations
- An ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 full life cycle implementations for US Payroll, Time and US Benefits and 4-6 years of experience in design and configuration of US Payroll, Benefits, Time module including but not limited to the following
- SAP US payroll configuration for Gross payroll and Net Payroll, Tax Reporter configuration, - Experience with Payroll run process(Regular, Off-Cycle, Correction, & On-Denmand), Third-party remittance, Payroll catalog definition including but not limited to collective bargaining agreement wage type definition and configuration, Off-cycle payroll definition and processing, Levy management, Garnishments definition, reporting and management, Integration with Benefits, Integration with SAP FI and with Third-party FI, Detailed knowledge and understanding of integration with Time Management
- 4-5 years' experience in managing high-performance support/DevOps teams in a product development organization
- Experience on 2-3 SAP Payroll implementations
- Experience on 2-3 SAP HCM implementations
- Experience in building products/projects pertinent to the Human resources domain.
- 2-3 major implementations.
- Experience in integrating between ERP systems and products developed
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions in a large-scale distributed environment Experience working with global teams
- You have strong problem solving, analytic, decision-making, and excellent communication with interpersonal skills.
- Worked with the support team of Functional associates, Technical associates and Scrum masters focused on delivering and maintaining products for the Human resources domain.
- Work with solution architects and help define business processes and system architecture
- Support the team in ensuring that the Incidents, production bugs are resolved within the given SLA . Ensure that RCA is done and the systems (HRO/payroll) are stabilized
