Dynamics Business Central Functional Consultant

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- ERP Consulting which encompasses all aspects of requirement gathering analysis and design, implementation, and providing training and support to end users utilizing Dynamics NAV/BC Trade, Inventory, Manufacturing, WMS, MPS/MRP, Jobs and Service Modules.

- Performing business and process analysis

- Configuration of solution on NAV/BC.

- Documenting 'as-is' and 'to-be' within accurate and detailed scoping documents.

- Developing data conversion and test scripts.

- Providing quality assurance & documentation.

- Acting as a point of contact and liaising with functional/technical consultant team and end users.

- Providing pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support.

Knowledge and Experience:

- Over 5+ years of Dynamics NAV/BC consulting experience.

- Strong understanding of functional aspects of SCM.

- Preference for an engineering or science graduate with work experience related to SCM, manufacturing, warehousing, trade and inventory.

- Experience of working on full life cycle implementation across multiple versions of Dynamics NAV /BC.

- Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC modules.

- Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.

Skills:

- Display sound communication skills while acting as a point of contact between your team and client's users. Patient, level- headed and cool under pressure.

- Expertise in concepts of Sales, Procurement Planning, SCM, Inventory, Manufacturing and WMS.

- Highly confident with providing support and training to users.

- Detail-oriented and meticulous with a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to clients and setting high standards for excellent client service.

- Enjoys complex problem solving, thinking on your feet and coming up with ingenious solutions.

- Go- getter with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize them.

- Understands the value of business analysis for the organization.

- A team player working closely with other members of service delivery.
