JD - FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT /BUSINESS ANALYST - CREDIT MONITORING

A Fintech startup, it is an Asset Monitoring Service (AMS) provider specializing in providing solutions across the credit product spectrum. We are founded and managed by executives who have varied experience in Banking, Credit Underwriting, Capital Markets, Asset Management and Monitoring. Our focus is on delivering vital insights with deep data analytics and repositories to provide seamless monitoring solutions.

We, also specialize in providing pre- and post-sanction advisory, managing exits, dispute resolution, resource mobilization services etc. We work with various stack of capital providers to offer a complete suite of products and services aiming to protect the investments and improve returns.

2. Profile - Experience and Skills required :

1. Experience of working with top tier consulting firm (4 to 8 yrs) for BFSI sector - Financial Data Analytics, digital & analytics transformation, Financial markets/debt markets, Lending Transformations, Management dashboards etc

2. Experience in defining/analysing business requirements, identifying & defining solutions, exposure to design thinking, develop storyboards / dashboards, screen flows and prototypes to clearly articulate solutions

3. Ability to conduct research on Finance/Fintech industry & impact of emerging technologies and digital disruptions in financial markets

4. Preferred exposure to AI/ML and Data Visualization/BI tools

5. Excellent presentation, creative problem solving and analytical skills

6. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate the value of a design choice to users and non-designer stakeholders

3. Assignment/Job Details :

a) Conduct research on Finance/Fintech industry & impact of emerging technologies and digital disruptions in financial markets

b) Engage with project team/client team to capture business requirements, Develop storyboards, screen flows, and prototypes to clearly articulate solutions pertaining to credit monitoring and early warning systems

c) Define business requirements and create wireframe visualizations including views and drill downs

d) Identify analytics requirements - including AI/ML for better insights to enable effective business decisions. Document functional & technical requirements for dashboard roll out
