Job title - Functional Business Analyst - Reporting to - Director of Digital Solutions

Roles and Responsibilities:

- In-depth knowledge of Airport & Airlines turnaround operations & processes

- Knowledge of turnaround tasks, SLAs, delays, conflict at operation

- Collect and understand the business requirements and translate those into functional requirements. Analyze interdependencies of functional and nonfunctional Requirements.

- Perform gap analysis and suggest solutions.

- Create plans for change based on analyzed requirements.

- Collaborate with engineering team members to efficiently implement the changes into product.

- Simulate and test suggestions made for the product releases.

Minimum Experience - Experience of 6 to 10 years as Functional Business Analyst / Solutions
