Key responsibilities:
Architectural quality assurance
- Quality assurance of deliverables and approach
- Perform role in Change & Control board
- Perform role during all phases of ABS Implementation (Pre-Sales, Pre-Study, Implementation,..)
Resource readiness service :
- Assess quality of project resources
Diagnoses & Pre-study service :
- Review and sign-off Solution outline creation (functional and technical)
- Assessment of outcome
Implementation service :
- Review and sign-off Functional and IT solution design
- KPI generation
- Quality assessment
- Project setup assessment
Key Requirements/Skills/Responsibilities :
- 10 years hands-on experience with ABS or minimum 3 years experiences in ABS customer projects
- 10 years experiences with Insurance business
- Ability to effectively lead and develop project teams and communities
- Excellent English language skills in oral and written form
- Ownership, Responsibility & Reliability, Result & Strategic Orientation
- Hands on experience in large systems development
- Deep analytical skills
- Project and resource management skills
