Job Description This role is for a SAP S/4 Functional Analyst in the Life Sciences industry team. The Life Sciences industry group works with the following industries: - Pharmaceuticals - Biotechnology - Medical products and devicesand other companies across the life-sciences value chain, provides services such as large-scale business and technology transformation, targeted business performance improvement, and post-merger integration. Our key areas of focus include Marketing and sales, supply chain, manufacturing, research and development. Management Consulting + Track skills Industry Skills - SAP S/4 consulting experience in Life Sciences industry is mandatory - Domain Development: Develop assets and methodologies, develop of points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, conduct public speaking and publish in industry periodicals - Should have worked with multi-functional teams and multiple cross-functional stakeholders - Preferably worked in an international context servicing clients or worked internationally - Should have been a part of at least one complete SAP implementation project and have experience in SAP design/implementation/functional design projects - Should possess strong program management skills Capability Skills Strong functional knowledge with experience in any 2 of the below mentioned modules - - Manufacturing &amp; Procurement - (SAP S/4 - MM, PP, QM, SD, MDM, Ariba, EWM) Key responsibilities of the role: The LS Analyst will be responsible for helping in driving our Life Sciences clients- strategy and business planning efforts. Responsibilities may include: - Project Delivery: Deliver projects for global clients by working together with medium to large size teams. Responsibilities may include strategy, implementation, process design and change management for specific modules - Business Development: Support efforts of global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities within the practice. - Industry Experience: Provide industry expertise in various sub-segments of the LS industry - Domain Development: Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, internal tools or materials for use by larger community. Acquiring skills that have utility across industry groups. Experience: - Worked internationally in the pharmaceutical /medical devices / biotechnology industry or worked in an international context with clients from the above industry segments. - 2-3 years of progressive business and/or consulting experience. - Global pharmaceutical industry or consulting experience is preferred. - Experience of having worked on SAP S4 HANA implementation projects - Consulting fitment (must have) Key Competencies and Characteristics: - We need a positive, can-do attitude with high initiative - The individual should possess excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills including strong oral and writing capabilities - The individual should have strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts - The individual must be a self-starter, someone who has led teams, has strong conceptual and inter-personal skills - This individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the senior executives in a range of environments - The individual should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm - The individual should possess an impressive executive demeanor, a team oriented and collaborative approach - The individual should have demonstrated entrepreneurial instinct - The individual should possess and demonstrate high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s/he will work - The individual should be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team approach.
