Role: The incumbent will have the following responsibilities: Global Cloud Operations - Manage the Vision, Strategy, Design &amp; Deployment of Cloud Infrastructure - Responsible for running a 24x7x365 Cloud Infrastructure &amp; Operations - Operationalize &amp; Scale cloud based strategic initiatives - Work closely with Product Engineering, Data Center Operations &amp; Technology Vendors / Partners to ensure SLAs are met and quality meets or exceeds expectations - Manage adherence to security &amp; compliance standards, policies and procedures Internal Applications Management - Identify and discuss the need of business applications with all internal departments - Evaluate different products in the market, discuss with different vendor - Change management - Administration of ERP / Business Applications IT Operations :&nbsp; - Ensure that all information systems and networks operate according to the internal security standards, regulatory agencies and legal requirements. - Develop and maintain the systems architecture, defining standards and protocols for data exchange, communications, software and interconnection of information systems. - Coordinate and manage reporting needs and data analysis. Ensure that the gathering, processing, distribution and use of pertinent information required by management to make decisions occur in a timely, accurate and cost effective manner. - Oversee the linkage between external technology systems and the organization's IT resources; including systems for electronic data exchange. - Oversee the development, maintenance, and communication of systems documentation, policies, and procedures. Contracts / Vendor Management :&nbsp; - Review all hardware and software acquisition and maintenance contracts, soliciting involvement and participation of other management team members as appropriate. - Evaluate alternatives, performs appropriate cost benefit analysis, and recommends solutions that maximize effectiveness and minimize costs commensurate with acceptable risks. - Manage relationships with vendors for sales, service and support of all information systems and technology. Maintain problem logs, documenting system errors or defects. Budget Management :&nbsp; - Create &amp; Manage IT Budget - Forecasting of expenses Information Security :&nbsp; - Defining and administering Information Security Policies - Certifications / Compliance of security standards like ISO 27001, SSAE 18 - Managing Internal / External Audits - Develop and maintain Business Continuity &amp; Disaster Recovery Plans Education and Experience :&nbsp; Essential: 1. B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / M.C.A / M.B.A degree from a recognized university in India (or foreign university recognized by the Association of Indian Universities) 2. Should have relevant certifications 3. 10+ years of work experience relevant to the job description 4. Experience of leading IT teams Desirable: 1. Professional degree or certification related to elements of the job description 2. Experience in customer-facing roles Knowledge and Skills: Essential: - Extensive experience in managing &amp; scaling cloud native applications - Experience in managing both in house and outsourced IT Operations. - Experience in managing one or more 3rd party certifications like ISO 27001, SSAE 18 - Experience in Information Security Practices like VAPT, Audit Management, Risk Management, BCP / DR - Knowledge of business processes and their interrelationship gained through three or more years of related experience. - Familiarity with Business Intelligence Solutions Demonstrated ability to: - Relate to all levels of the user community - Be a team player that motivates and educates other team members - Plan, implement and support systems - Set and manage priorities - Comprehend complex, technical subjects - Translate technical language to lay audiences
