Position Title: Function Leader - HR

Experience: Minimum 12+ years of experience, with prior experience managing a team of 20+ members, including managers.

Location: Gurgaon

Work Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week from the office

Reporting To: Chief People Officer

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a large team of HR professionals, including managers, to achieve departmental objectives and organizational goals.

- Collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer and other senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.

- Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and talent pipeline development.

- Drive learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities, ensuring alignment with business needs.

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and promote a positive work culture.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR-related matters, including organizational design, succession planning, and performance management.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field;

- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with a track record of successfully managing large teams.

- Proven experience in talent acquisition and learning development projects.

- Strong leadership, people management skills and managing CXO's relationship

- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

- Proficiency in HRIS systems.

- Good business acumen.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
