Lead Product Designer

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer, not only to help us build and grow our product but also our design team.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Work closely with product manager to help generate product and feature possibilities based on user needs and business requirements

- Create design artifacts at different stages of the product development cycle, such as user experience flows, wireframes, sketches, and interactive prototypes, and eventually create high-resolution mockups and design assets

- Work closely with developers on the final feature or product, right from the conceptualization stage to release

- Always be an advocate for the end-user, pushing for and thinking about meaningful user experience possible

REQUIREMENTS :

- Minimum experience of 3-6 years

- At least 1 year of experience managing/leading design teams

- Prior experience in designing a web and mobile-based product

- Portfolio or work samples showcasing UX work, and best practices for user-centered interface and interaction design

- Ability to communicate effectively to different audiences within the organization

- A keen sense of design - both interaction design and visual design Knowledge of wireframe tools

- Experience developing UX wireframes, interactive prototypes and mock-ups

- Team spirit & strong communication skills to collaborate with a team

- Experience working with researchers to derive insights and make strategic decisions informed by data
