Position: Head of Finance Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Salary: 30-50 LPA + ESOP's Key Relationships: Reporting to: CEO Internal: Founders, Finance Team, Accounts External: Vendors, Investors, Clients\ Functional Responsibilities: Financial Leadership: - Provide strong financial leadership using strategic foresight. - Align financial goals with business objectives in collaboration with leadership. Financial Strategies: - Develop and implement robust financial strategies for sustainable growth. - Innovate and execute financial plans aligned with short and long-term objectives. Investor Relations: - Serve as primary liaison for investor relations, ensuring transparent communication. - Prepare and deliver comprehensive investor reports on financial performance. Operational Excellence & Scalability: - Oversee day-to-day financial operations including Accounting, Taxation, Reporting, and Compliance. - Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to partners, investors, and regulatory authorities. - Optimize working capital management and cash flow to support operational needs. - Develop strategies to enhance cash flow efficiency and mitigate financial risks. Regulatory and Compliance Oversight: - Direct regulatory compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to financial regulations. - Establish and maintain stringent internal controls to safeguard financial integrity. Managerial Responsibilities: - Accountability: - Hold oneself and others accountable for results. - Influencing without Authority: - Collaborate, build relationships, and inspire others toward common goals. Experience and Skills: - Qualified CA with 8-12 years of progressive finance experience. - Strong understanding of financial operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements. - Experience in a SaaS-based company or lead role in a VC-funded startup. - Proven ability to drive financial strategy and operational scalability. - Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinker with the ability to provide financial guidance in a rapidly changing environment.
