Associate Product Manager at PyjamaHR

We are looking for a dynamic APM to join our team at PyjamaHR. You will be responsible for assisting in the development and management of our SaaS-based company. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure that we deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collaborate with the Product Manager to contribute ideas and insights for the product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends.

2. Work alongside the Product Manager and Engineering teams to define and prioritize features and functionality, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

3. Assist in creating functional requirements and collaborate with design teams for wireframes and prototypes, ensuring a clear and comprehensive understanding of product features.

4. Support Sales and Marketing teams in developing effective product messaging and positioning strategies that highlight the value and benefits of the product to customers and prospects.

5. Monitor the competitive landscape, gather insights on emerging trends, and assist in generating recommendations for potential areas of innovation and new product development.

6. Partner with Customer Success to collect feedback from customers, assist in analyzing this feedback, and contribute to the process of translating it into actionable product improvements.

7. Help track key performance metrics to evaluate product success, providing data-driven insights to inform product strategy and ongoing prioritization efforts.

8. Support the product launch process, including developing launch plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the product is launched on time and meets quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 1 year of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS-based startup would be a plus.

2. Prior experience in writing detailed Product requirement documents (PRDs) is a plus.

3. B.Tech/BE in Computer science is a must-have.

4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.

7. Passion for technology and a decent understanding of SaaS products and the software development process.

8. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment.

SALARY RANGE: 6-14 LPA
