- Corporate Governance, Corporate Secretarial and RBI Compliances
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining records, statutory filings, other secretarial compliances and such other activities delegated from time to time.
- To comply with the statutory provisions and improve compliance levels.
- Continuously improving management reporting deck for Key Leadership Team Members containing all the relevant financial & non financial information. Introduce new analytic reports to appraise senior management with business trends.
- Preparations for the Board/Board Committees/General meetings - Notices, agenda, minutes, physical arrangements, etc
- Preparation and Filing of various e-forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
- Creation and maintenance of secretarial registers/files/ other documents
- Other miscellaneous secretarial work as and when they arise
Expertise required/ Domain Knowledge:
Understanding of the various compliance and secretarial activities - academic knowledge of the Company law and allied acts and practical experience of working on various secretarial activities.
Specialization/education: Membership with the Institute of company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
