Function / Department - Credit Department Head - Chief Risk Officer Reporting Manager - Head of Credit Wholesale Lending Purpose of The Job: 1. Actively supports the facility on-boarding process through the system up to disbursal. 2. Monitors receivables cover statements and other covenants at an account-level. 3. Send alerts to the RM for submission of covenant items. 4. Escrow account creation and management. 5. Issuance of NOC to mortgage to the home loan financier. 6. Raises/escalates pending or ageing covenants in the appropriate risk forum. 7. Pro-actively engages the RM and credit manager to ensure a seamless client experience. KPIs against each perspective - Business &amp; Financial Management - Support the team in meeting the financial goals for the business - Portfolio Management - Develop and improve upon process standards to improve client experience. - Build protection against operational risk elements. - People / Team - Individual contributor Process / Quality Improvement - - Drive excellence process standards and improvements / simplification in processes. - Ensure high quality of covenant monitoring and management. - Engage continuously with business counterparts to give a seamless client relationship experience. Task performed 1 Ensure monitoring of all covenants. 2 Archival of covenant documents 3 Responsible for self-assessment on operational risk issues. 4 Support the facility on-boarding process through CRM, Finnone etc. 5 Communicate effectively with the RM and credit manager to drive the operating model. 6 Raise pendencies / ageing in covenants. 7 Escalate covenant breaches / pendencies appropriate risk forums.
