- Manager Corporate Secretarial, Corporate Governance and Compliance role - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws including but not limited to RBI/FEMA/FDI norms; - Formulate and implement compliance framework; - NHB and FIU-IND compliances - Advise top management on funding structures; - Liaison with regulators for various matters including capital restructuring - Advising business teams on regulatory and legislative changes; providing impact analysis and ensuring implementation of legislative and regulatory changes; - Advising senior management team on feasibility of structures/products for fund raising; - Drafting and implementation of various Board level policies required either under Companies Act, 2013 or as prescribed by the Regulator -&nbsp; Coordination with other departments and outside agencies like ROC, stock exchange, Debenture Trustees, R &amp;T agents, etc Expertise required/ Domain Knowledge: - Understanding of the various compliance and secretarial activities - academic knowledge of the Company law and allied acts and practical experience of working on various secretarial activities. No. of years of relevant experience: 15 -25 years Any specific specialization/education: - Membership with the Institute of company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
