Fullerton India - Assistant Vice President - Treasury

Purpose of the Job:

Market Liaisoning - excellent relationship with debt market institutions viz. Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Bank Treasuries, Brokers for concluding CP, NCD deals, ensuring preparation and submission of Information Memorandum/ other documents to investors/ stock exchanges/ trustees, periodic submission of data/ details to various stakeholders, basic financial modeling, servicing of principal, interest, expenses etc.

Cash flow and Investment management - ensuring completeness of daily cash flow, fund transfers, drawdown of funds, understanding of various debt/ money market instruments for deploying surplus funds

Business :

- To liaison with Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Brokers etc. for negotiating and close CP, NCD deals on his own

- To prepare IM and other proposal related details/ documents

- To coordinate with legal, compliance and treasury operation departments and ensure completion of all documents, security agreements and other documents in connection with the deal

- To ensure regulatory and other compliances with all pre and post funding conditions in connection with the deal

- To review daily investments of surplus funds and recommend for approval

- To prepare periodic MIS/ deck for capital market, treasury

Customer Focus

- Cordial relationship with debt market institutions - Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Bank treasuries, Brokers

- Cordial relationship with intra-departments (legal, finance, treasury operations)

- Cordial relationship with team members

- Back up for team member whenever required

- Flexibility to work as per the need of the situation

- To be familiar with RBI, SEBI and Banking Regulations

- To have through understanding of various business lines of the company

- To follow internal policies

- To have strong financial concepts, basic macro-economic knowledge
