JD Sales Head / Sr. Sales Manager :

-We are looking for a rockstar, ambitious and energetic Sales Ninja to help us expand our clientele. The candidate should possess good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
- This position will drive sales goals through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing growth strategy and achieve aggressive sales targets
- Conduct research to identify customer segments - Infra, Construction, Hotels, Hospitals etc.
- Arrange business markets with prospective clients and manage relationship with existing.
- Own CRM and reporting, recording of sales revenue, invoicing.
- Promote company's service by addressing clients concerns.
- Build long term relationships with clients.
- Develop collaterals, marketing material and presentations.
- MUST HAVE existing networks
Basic qualification :
- 5+ years of proven work experience as a business development manager/sales manager.
- Demonstrated competency in setting up and building processes from scratch.
- Proven sales track record.
- Experience in customer support
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
Preferred qualification :
- MBA in marketing or related field
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision making.
- Candidates from Corporate Sales function in industry of Electricals, Commercial and Corporate banking, corporate car rental companies, Lift manufacturers will be preferred.
