Job Responsibility:   - Start-up Central Procurement & Commercial function in the organization.   - Procurement- of capex items related to new- Projects.   - Have to travel for vendor selection and factory visits for inspection of product & standards followed for production & travel for store visits & survey.   - Reconciliation.   - Vendor Management on regular basis by analyzing, comparing different vendors & Selecting vendors with best quality, competitive rates.   - Project Management ensures timely deliverables   - Interaction with- Project- Finance for Budget related issues and Vendor account   - Evaluating various kinds of MIS Reports & generating solution for increasing the   - Efficiency of system to enhance quality & reduction in cost.   Successfully aligned business planning and financial processes with business- risk- management- activities.   - Cross-functional working with team for rolling of key strategies and developments.   - Import- of- products.   - Cost Saving.   - Hand on to the procurement for new properties.   - Control the commercial activities pertain to Capital expenditure for operational requirements.
