Market Research - Map market potential for existing and upcoming service offering, drive marketing activities to strengthen the brand and increase market penetration in a zone
- Business target Achievement - Analyze region wise performance & market share & set the target % to be achieved. Drive key business metrics achievement through the team
- Customer Life cycle Management - Drive customer Acquisition (Medium : Direct, Channel Partner) onboarding and service delivery in the zone
- Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with category team to decide on the product scheme and offers to be driven in the zone
- Relationship Management - Maintain good rapport with customers, handle seamless issue resolution to enhance customer experience and drive market adoption in the zone
- Team Management - Coach, build and manage high performing sales team. Periodically review the Performance of the team and take necessary action to bridge the performance gaps
- Key Initiatives - Drive Key initiatives pertaining to launch of new product offerings / performance intervention of existing categories in the zone
