Qualification and Experience:
- Full time/part time Engineering /MBA/ any P.G
- Implementing and managing operations of card/wallet transaction processing solutions for Acquirers in the Credit, Debit and Prepaid Card Industry.
- Manage the payment processing function and supporting business metrics and indicators for a best in class payments service.
- Evaluate, recommend and develop new strategies and more efficient processes related to Payment Operations
- Serve as the escalation point for payment issues, and work closely with the payments and front line teams to quickly resolve issues.
- Experience in handling fraud rules based & analytical rule engine.
Desired Skills and competencies:
- Professional with excellent team management skills and a proactive attitude, capable of thinking in and out of the box, generating new design solutions and ideas.
- Should have good management relationship and exceptional communication abilities to cut across the organizational levels and accomplish targets.
- Ability to build strong teams setting high standards of performance for each team member.
