ftcash - Product Manager - Loans - SME Segment - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Job description :

- Identify new opportunities for the company in the SME lending space and launch differentiated product offerings

- Manage the product roadmap through customer research, feature conceptualisation, project prioritisation and implementation

- Partner with technology teams in order to create technology solutions which will act as a key differentiator and driver of customer delight

- Lead cross functional teams, including Credit, Operations, Sales, Collections & Finance, towards business case formulation, requirements definition and operationalisation of products/features

- Work with business teams to build business models, understand the requirements of the business and create launch plans.

- Own the P&L and business/product metrics, including revenue and portfolio goals

Qualifications & Experience

- 2+ years of experience in product management.

- MBA from top tier institutes is required.

- Experience in product management in SME finance, Supply chain finance or Digital lending products required.

- Experience in working on technology enablement for financial products

- Ability to build, manage and drive consensus among a cross functional team.
