Industry Vertical: Aerospace, Defense & Security (ADS)

Job scope:

- As a part of the European ADS team, you will collect, analyze and synthesize data on market conditions, business opportunities and global trends in the global Aerospace and Defense industry.

- You will increasingly become a thought leader on the subject and will be challenged to develop deep insights on the market, suppliers, technologies and business models. You will be required to author research studies and whitepapers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Continuously monitor the market, and provide insightful quantitative and strategic analysis to our clients through research reports

- Collate, dissect and analyze data to conduct opportunity analysis, competitive benchmarking and strategic recommendations for business growth

- Interact with executives from corporates, government & public sector enterprises, and other specialists in the ecosystem to understand and analyze market trends

- Create compelling research reports, excel models, and powerpoint presentations

- To contribute directly to confidential market intelligence projects, using specialist industry knowledge and research/strategic analysis skills.

- The resource will work with a team of analysts across India, UK and U.S. on global syndicated and confidential custom projects related to the sector.

Strategic Contribution:

- Create incisive market intelligence documents on companies, markets, and sector that can be leveraged by C-level executives for their short, mid and long-term business planning in the field of Aerospace, Defense and Security

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Strong ability to acquire, analyze and manage information

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Natural team player

- Self-starter with strong ability to work independently

- Good organizational, time management and project management skills

- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel

- Experience in building and working with spreadsheet-based databases desirable

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum experience required is 1 year of market research & analysis in either commercial or academic environments, writing industry reports, doing market research, or consulting in any industry, and marketing (No Sales).

- B.E / M. E with specialization in: Aerospace & Aeronautics, Electrical & Electronics, Communication, Mechanical Engg. Those with MBA will have an advantage.

- MA in Economics or Econometrics or Master of Science (Physics) or in one of the related industrial engineering sectors.
