Job Description:

Skill Sets And Capabilities Required:

- Develop and implement strategic thought leadership reports, whitepapers and video content that helps companies under the future of healthcare, potential scenarios and business cases

- Works with senior management to communicate and implement the vision, strategy and objectives for driving the HC practice

- Manage the project team and ensure delivery of all engagements from initial scoping discussions to completion

- Provide exceptional level of quality control and accuracy. Ensures timely delivery and adherence to deadlines

- Interact and engage with executive leadership in multinational companies

- Lead, mentor and motivate junior consultants & analysts; promoting innovative ideas and developing/implement consulting best practices and processes

Strategic Contribution: Create incisive market intelligence documents on companies, markets, and sector that can be leveraged by C-level executives for their short, mid and long-term business planning

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Thorough understanding of market research and analytical frameworks commonly used in the strategy consulting for healthcare industry

- Strong ability to acquire, analyze and manage information

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Natural team player

- Self-starter with strong ability to work independently

- Ability to comprehend subject matter relevant to business/industry topics in Healthcare, Advanced Medical Technologies, and Life Sciences

- Good organizational, time management and project management skills

- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel

- Adept at creating compelling PowerPoint Presentations

- Competent business writing skills

Qualifications and Experience:

- Masters degree preferably in International business and healthcare related fields

- Minimum experience required is 5 years of market research/analysis in commercial, or academic environment, writing industry reports, or consulting in any industry
