Front End Role - Senior Analyst - Transaction Advisory - Private Equity & M&A

Brief :-

The selected candidate shall work closely with the Transaction Advisory Services of our client for conducting financial research, financial analysis and financial modelling; preparing valuation reports; drafting teasers, documenting Information Memorandum and other requisite presentation etc for Transaction Advisory Services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS :-

- Rendering advisory services involving evaluation and execution of assignments pertaining to Fund Sourcing, Joint Ventures and Foreign Collaborations etc.

- Equity Placement through domestic & international sources including PE Funds, HNIs & Family Offices.

- Transaction Support including preparation of Information Memorandums, Business Plans, Valuation Reports, Due Diligences etc.

- Interacting and coordinating with other verticals of the firm including tax and regulatory to attain relevant support for investment advisory mandates.
