JOB TITLE: Sr. Recruiter- Technical/IT

Broad Function:

We are looking for a passionate & successful Recruitment professional with proven abilities in IT & Technical Hiring. The selected person will work closely with Head HR & assist in various hiring activities.

This is an Individual Contributor role, but the selected person will be required to support the recruitment team in closing the positions. Primary responsibilities include Closing Tech Positions, writing attractive Job descriptions, Conducting Final HR Round with all shortlisted candidates, engaging selected candidates, Delivering Induction & Onboarding, Handling Job portals.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with full-cycle recruitment in an IT company and must have great communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for End-to-End Recruitment from searching, sourcing & screening resumes to shortlisting candidates, coordinating & conducting interview

- Handle the offer negotiation process resulting in accepted offers with mutually beneficial terms, as well as the administrative components involved in offer facilitation.

- Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill. Maintain and Update recruitment data at regular intervals.

- Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboard.

- Ensure communication with candidates is prompt and professional at all stages (from the moment they apply until they are on board or turned down)

- Interview candidates at final stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings)

- Source candidates online and offline.

- Form strong relationships with past applicants and passive candidates for future opportunities.

- Conduct new employee orientation & Induction to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives

Desired Skillsets:

- Hands on with ATS Or HRMS

- Should be comfortable to operate from office

- Technical /IT recruitment experience is a must

- Pleasing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate

- Ability to multitask and manage a fluctuating workload in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Experience within the IT industry will be an added advantage

- Effective negotiation, influent communication skills.

- Familiarity with full cycle recruitment.

- Experience in Handling multiple positions and TA projects.

- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews)

- Strong email writing abilities
