Role : - In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our digital marketing execution for the respective BU vertical. Your central goal is to help with our brands smb &amp; mid-market influence globally while also showing quantifiable growth in performance metrics. - Your charter will include implementing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms/networks along with planning the campaigns with key stakeholders. Our ideal candidate is someone who can thrive in a highly fast-paced environment and show results in campaign performance. Responsibilities : - Understand the campaign brief, arrive at a quarterly media plan, and target the buyer personas to meet KPIs. Understand requirements, implement, and oversee all aspects of smb &amp; mid-market targeted digital campaigns - Work closely with product marketing teams and develop sharp targeted digital outreach programs using a mix of paid marketing channels - Implementation of effective digital marketing campaign elements to generate an expression of interest &amp; drive conversions thereby improving funnel impact from digital marketing - Analyse performance data, identify patterns, optimize campaigns and steer for continuous improvements - Evaluate KPIs that affect our target audience and build an understanding of how they engage with different types of campaigns - Coordinate with content and media experts as part of campaign execution to improve marketing results to meet acquisition goals. - End-to-end funnel measurement to understand gaps in the customer acquisition journey and identify areas of improvement. - Plan, schedule, manage and coordinate all execution - through external agencies or internal teams - Build, engage and develop a high performing team in an extremely fast paced and ambiguous environment Requirements : - Bachelors degree in Marketing or Technology. - 7-10 years experience in a hands-on digital marketing position, preferably from a product company/ SaaS org managing 2-3 geographical regions - Ability to build and implement digital marketing campaign outlook targeting the smb &amp; mid-market prospects. - Proficient at identifying target audiences and delivering compelling digital experiences across various digital marketing channels - Demonstrable experience in orchestrating an integrated digital campaign using programmatic advertising, SEM, GDN remarketing, content syndication, email marketing, YouTube advertising, DV360 and LinkedIn to drive traction from multiple buyer personas - Excellent analytical abilities to measure and optimize campaigns for performance. - Adaptability to changing environment, willingness to learn and can work well with cross-functional teams across geographies. - Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. - Understanding Web Analytics, SaaS Business Metrics and hands-on CRM knowledge is essential - Ability to work on multiple parallel digital campaigns with an eye for detail and optimize the marketing spends in line with desirable performance metrics - Openness to handle crunched timelines, turnaround swiftly and be adaptive to dynamic changes in the GTM execution sphere - Experience in global stakeholder management and cross-cultural experience will be essential to succeed
