Qualification: MBA / MSW (LLB Preferred)
Reporting to: Vice President - HR
Experience: 10 -12 years handling HR operations (Business Partner) and Compliance for a Multi-Location business
Location: Bangalore
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads and directs HR related duties at the professional level while supporting all the operations Delivery & Plants across geographies.
- Responsible for talent acquisition; employee relations consultation; policy interpretation and application, performance and compensation management consultation; and talent management for business in all the geography with the support of central HR team and respective HRBPs in the locations.
- Work closely with the Operations Plant and Delivery Operations & Deliver based on the business objectives of the respective geography and plant requirements to meet the HR objectives.
- Support and develop HR systems and process in line with the best practice and suitable for the operations for internal and external compliance.
- Ensure Labour Law related compliance across the location with reference to all applicable Labour Laws.
- Ascertain the current supply and demand for the business for staffing and skill needs and plan for hiring to cater to the requirements on time.
- Facilitate employee onboarding at the locations and ensure compliance to the policies.
- Partners with Payroll; HRIS; and Employee benefit functions as required to facilitate smooth functioning.
- Drive Employee engagement programs across the locations to enhance productivity and morale building.
- Support and collaborate with the central HR Team to cascade the Company and HR vision and objective across all the business and locations uniformly.
