Production Head - Frozen Foods

Role Purpose :

- Manages and leads small to medium size projects and programs to improve product quality, product margins, productivity, unlocking production capacity, scale-up and introduce new products

- Becomes a technical expert in the plant's manufacturing technologies; supports and provides technical guidance and troubleshooting to Operations

- The incumbent has an impact on the company through knowledge and application of a technical discipline

Accountabilities :

- Develops and leads the execution of process improvement initiatives to improve quality, productivity, costs

- Supports or leads (depending on scale & complexity) new product or product renovation scale-up trials and production start-up

- Upholds Quality image standards. Appropriately addresses both project and non-project related quality or food safety issues when encountered

- Issues timely reports and updates to product specification & other required documentation as a result of project implementation

- Provides innovative new ideas and critical thinking to troubleshoot operations, process, or raw material related issues
