We are looking for a (sr)product manager to manage acquisition, retention and explore avenues to grow/retain customer base. As a product manager focused on consumer initiatives, you will be responsible for constant A/B testing, funnel optimization/conversion, executing relevant campaigns, managing customer lifecycle experience, and other product activities to maximize our revenue.  Responsibilities:  - Research, identify, and evaluate our user flows and acquisition experiences vs. competition  - Building and managing marketing automation systems  - Design, manage, and analyze constant A/B tests of user experiences, including but not limited to landing pages, product page, and payment experiences  - Come up with the product positioning and messaging that explains product/feature proposition to customers  - Gather and continually evaluate customer insights through surveys, behavioral data, and Customer Care interactions  - Increase conversion rate of features, marketing campaigns and improving ROI  Requirements:  - Bachelors/Master's degree in marketing or product management with 4-6 years of experience focused on managing consumer products  - Demonstrated record of success in defining strategic product roadmaps as well as inventing and launching successful features, especially ones to acquire and retain users.  - Comfortable being hands-on in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment  - Multi-channel Digital marketing experience is a plus  - Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills  - Strong understanding of technology and business
