Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the Product road map for customer experience and backend (Logistics/Inventory/Rider app)
- Gather and continually evaluate customer insights through surveys, behavioural data, and Customer Care interactions
- Competitive product positioning - Market & customer analysis, competitive / benchmarking analysis and feature parity analysis
- Proactively identify issues impacting the product line and recommend next steps/solutions
- Continuously improve the product development process, incorporating lessons learned and best practices
- Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product features meet identified and agreed upon criteria
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing or product management with 2-4 years of experience focused on managing consumer products.
- Demonstrated record of success in defining strategic product roadmaps as well as launching successful features, especially ones focussed on improving customer experience.
- Comfortable being hands-on in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial start-up environment
- Be very strong at analytics and problem solving- both structuring the problem and at an execution level
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to get work done across stakeholders
