We are a food tech start up with a cloud kitchen concept which prepares and delivers freshly cooked food within 45 minutes to our customers. We currently are operational with 35 outlets and present in 3 major metros - 20 in Bangalore, 9 in Mumbai and 6 in Delhi. As a Company, we specialise in Continental & Oriental (global cuisine) cuisine prepared by the best chefs who have been hired from good restaurant and hotel properties across the country. We are available in all categories (breakfast, main course, salads, sandwiches, burgers, pizza varieties and deserts) starting from breakfast to dinner. Our uniqueness rests in daily changing menu and delivering global cuisine, with a wholly owned customer experience of cooking fresh food and less than 45 mins delivery. We are a Series B funded start up and are the only tech enabled food Company to have raised 1.1 Billion (INR) (17Mn USD) as series B funding.

Our model :

Our outlets are equipped with a kitchen set up that can cater to a minimum of 800 individual orders in a day. This is very different from a restaurant-dine-in business which largely can fulfil such orders only through a buffet model. Our business focuses on creating brilliant customer experiences - through tasty food, different menu every day and on time delivery promise - without seeing the customer.

The entire order-delivery process is managed through a cutting-edge technology developed in-house, both on web and mobile, available as a hub and spoke business model.

Your role :

Operations with FreshMenu is a high-intense-impact role, not just managing the day-to-day operations hustle but also ensuring smooth and profitable operations for the business. Key responsibilities include :

a. Keep track of the revenue weekly basis and Strategy planning in order to maximize revenue.

b. Campaign management and communication for promotions through marketing channels; monitoring performance

c. Revenue planning, Revenue forecasting based on historic data and Growth Strategy plans.

d. Cross Functional Ownership: Worked closely with various internal teams across Product, Technology, Customer Support, Marketing, Operations, Wallet and Offline Team to drive traffic growth & conversion.

e. Monitor the Revenue and Business Growth.
