- Implement it across the company ( around 600+ recruiters )

- Launch the product as SaaS platform to sell to other clients

- Evaluates competitors on recruitment market for capability-oriented and emerging development and technology trends.

- Explore new ways of improving existing recruitment services and products

- Answer product related inquiries and share insights

- Managing timelines, product releases, and backlogs

- Plans and schedule project deliverables, goals and milestones
