As the Manager of People & Culture, you're one of the first team members, you set the foundation for success by enabling the core of Freshbus: our team members.Your first assignment will be to attract, hire, motivate and develop talents to join our young fledgingly startup. You will set up our organization for scaling and make Freshbus a place people love to work at. In this role you have a high impact on our talents, company culture and work environment. What you do? - You will be responsible for our HR and recruiting processes. This includes establishing the Frehbus brand to attract talent, getting to know new applicants and representing Freshbus in a first-call, onboarding new employees, and getting feedback from existing employees on how we can improve our internal work. - You will be responsible that everything runs smoothly in our team and office in our day-to-day operations so that everyone feels comfortable at work and can give their best. - Processing monthly employee payroll in support of the payroll subject matter expert and setting up HR processes and systems. - You will also drive company culture initiatives to maintain a pleasant work environment while we grow our team. What we're looking for? - 4+ years of HR experience in a faced growing Technology or Product company - B.Tech/MBA preferably from a premier college or university - Demonstrated success in identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates across a variety of roles. - Proven understanding of advanced recruiting solutions, systems, tools, and techniques. - Top-notch communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills. - Must be able to work independently with decision-making skills. - Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
