Fresenius Kabi - Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Site HR Head (14-18 yrs)
Looking for Site Head HR (Sr. Manager / Asst. General Manager) for our manufacturing site at Kalyani, West Bengal.
Experience in : Pharma manufacturing is must
Preferred the Bengali Candidate
Job Responsibilities
- Establish - Establish and maintain appropriate HR policies and system in consultation with Corporate HR Head.
- Lead the development and execution of the human resources strategic plan and initiatives to support business strategies as defined in Road Map for PU-Kalyani.
- Monitor common processes and day-to-day operations of human Resources, including both Human Resources function and Administration support for unit (Plants) employees.
- Design and execute complete training and development framework in consultation with corporate L&D team and identify gaps in training needs identified from time to time so that programs meets the needs of management and employees at PU Kalyani.
- Liaison with other functional/departmental head to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development. Ensure that they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.
- Work with executive leadership to develop effective internal communications (between and among management and employees).
- Monitor complete Performance Management System (PMS) at PU-Kalyani.
- Support corporate team in develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
- Lead or oversee team members working with HR and administration on various initiatives at PU Kalyani to ensure;
- All HR activities meet with and integrate with the organizational requirement.
- Organizational capability and effectiveness.
- Provide HR advice and counsel to site leadership on HR/ER/IR issues and implementation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and various Labour Laws applicable on the industry.
- Lead or oversee support to the senior management team related to executive compensation and benefits and company-wide talent management/succession planning.
- Monitor administration, safety and security activities throughout the plant.
- Quality management, health & safety and legal requirement.
- Drive site goals as defined in roadmap of PU Kalyani alongwith site leadership team.
- Drive CSR at PU Kalyani in line with corporate guidelines.
- Drive global initiatives like Innovate alongwith Site Leadership Team.
