In this position you will.. Roles & Responsibilities - This team will be a decision support mechanism that helps with everything from optimizing day-to-day options to carrying out high-priority initiatives to tackling the most important strategic questions. You are fundamentally shaping how this company's going to be. - Ownership of full analytics for the Business Unit: Planning, structuring, identifying key reports to be made and automation of the reports. - Develop analytical frameworks to support the company in new markets and processes. - Dive deep on the key performance data cuts and provide insights into data trends. - Evaluate information gathered from various sources, reconcile conflicts and help to identify the underlying business needs from the user request. - Constant learning and collaborating with the internal teams (Product, CSM, Sales, Tech) to develop best practices on product configuration - Responsible to publish all the weekly/monthly logistics reports using operational metrics in time with quality. - Primary & Secondary research and analysis to identify key insights, patterns and trends and present findings to senior stakeholders. - Identify and develop strategic opportunities for the business with a view of diversifying the customer/client base and thereby creating and enhancing the market of FT. - Develop presence for organization and create a roadmap for FT to be future ready in context to capabilities. - Conceptualize relevant metrics/KPIs and analytics by product/business segment in partnership with other leadership members. - Think Strategically and tactically to tackle the problems that the company has not tackled before. Explain the complex problems in an understandable way, devise and execute an action plan in manageable chunks, and define/measure key performance indicators. The ability to break down a nebulous problem into manageable chunks - the concept behind structured thinking - is critical to success in BizOps. You are often tackling problems that your company has not tackled before. You can rely on a pre-existing structure or project scope. Requirements Experience, Skills & Knowledge - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience. - 1-3 years of experience in Business Analytics / Investment Banking / Consulting or related experience. - Deep analytical thinker with experience in deriving business insights from data analytics - Excellent Communication & Organisational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects with varied stakeholders - Data modelling, experience with statistical analysis, tool and techniques is a plus. What you Bring - An MBA degree /Graduation degree with upto 1 year of experience in an analytical / customer service role. - Excellent Excel and Presentation skills. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights. - Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action. - Possess exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment and adjust priorities on-the-fly while still having the ability to focus on details and be analytical. - You will be a strong teammate, but still a self-starter.
