About the Role:

Assistant Manager - Investor Relations and Corporate Development. Along with an esteemed group of investors, the role would require working closely with the CEO, Finance team and business teams.

Excellent opportunity to gain hands-on fundraising, investor reporting and strategy experience

Key responsibilities:

- Capital Raising : The individual will assist the executive team in assisting with producing presentations and other collateral for the fundraising process. You will work closely with the executive team and finance department to create compelling pitch decks, financial models, and investment materials to engage potential investors. The individual will also be responsible for conducting market research and competitive analysis to provide insights that enhance fundraising strategies.

- Strategic Planning : Includes creating financial projections for the Company and providing insights to management. Your projections and analyses will be used in decision-making, driving strategic decision making, and long-term capital allocation decisions.

You will need to build detailed forecasts based on a combination of historical data and forward-looking market assumptions, prepare accurate and insightful financial models to be used by senior management, investors, board of directors, and research analysts. You will also assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.

- MIS Reporting: Reporting of key performance indicators and performance trends on a monthly / quarterly basis.

- The ideal candidate has a combination of strong business acumen, communication skills, financial modeling proficiency and a positive work ethic.

Preferred qualifications:

- MBA/CA/B.Com/M.Com with a thorough understanding of business PnL

- 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, investor relations / corporate development, financial planning and analysis

- Self-starter who excels in technically demanding, fast-paced, and fluid environment

- Ability to analyze data and frame/communicate complex concepts and analysis in PowerPoint; build presentation materials and present to senior executives

- Team player willing to "roll up their sleeves", self-motivated, proactive, organized, and positive attitude

- Demonstrated analytical skills, fluency in performing rigorous financial, valuation, and other quantitative analyse
