About the Founders:

Tanvi Z is the CEO & Co-Founder at Freeup. She has completed her MBA from Stanford University and has worked in companies like Amazon, Club Factory, Careem (unicorn in the Middle East). She comes with 10+ years of deep product experience across multiple countries.

Aakash Bhotika is a Co-Founder at Freeup. He is a graduate from IIM Calcutta. Prior to Freeup, he was a part of the Swiggy Leadership team for 6 yrs (since Series A round) where he built multiple functions and new businesses ground up. Prior to that he was a management consultant in Bain & Company.

Job Description:

- Managing the strategy and day to day execution for all customer experience touchpoints for one of the FreeUp's vertical (EasySell) across logistics, customer support, fraud and complaints and any other operational processes to ensure high quality experience for our users. This person will be managing a large ground operations team.

- This role is required to build and execute strong operational processes, have high attention to detail and to run end to end operations with a 20+ team size.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in Operations (E-commerce preferred)

- Day to day coordination and managing operations team to drive efficiencies and completion of projects

- Has worked directly on building scalable processes and managing end to end operations

- Strong with data and analytics - Data driven decision making with a balance of qualitative research

- Strong stakeholder management skills and team handling experience

- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams to ensure a high standard of execution and customer experience.

- Experience handling multiple challenging priorities and driving projects to timely completion

- Proficient in using MS office suite - Word and Excel
