Role: Freelance Technical (IT) Recruiter - Emerging Technology Vertical

Work Location: PAN India (WFH)

Working Modality: This is an outcome based freelancing model with TA Corridor directly, which means this is not a salary based assignment rather it's a per hiring commission based model.

How much money you can make as a freelance recruiter: 30% to 50% of the net invoice value (After the statutory deductions as per govt. laws)) of all the hiring mandates solely fulfilled by the "Freelance Recruiter".

Estimated Take Home money: Approx Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 3,00,000 per month depending upon your own deliverables & your overall performance.

You understand the recruitment & sourcing process/techniques.. You are a connector, a creator, a problem solver and design thinker. You understand that recruiting isn't about filling roles, it is about building relationships and you thrive on supporting your clients and candidates by identifying the best opportunities for them to shine and impact their and our business. You network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals to help our clients grow leaps & bounds.

You roles & responsibilities:

- Conducting headhunting & building effective social media sourcing campaigns to create a healthy pool & pipeline of qualified candidates for the various global hiring mandates.

- Interviewing job applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, behavioral, functional & technical skills, training and education, and inform them of the position's duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits etc.

- Ensuring quick turnaround time (TAT) with quality profile submissions.

- Interview coordination, follow-up, offer management.

Required skills and experiences:

- 2-15 years of IT recruitment experience in corporate or staffing firms.

- Exceptionally organized and detail oriented, with outstanding time management skills.

- Strong work ethic and solid customer service skills

- Can juggle multiple projects and tasks at once, and has a flexible attitude towards constantly changing priorities

- Has strong communication skills and experience interacting with all levels of management

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
