Position Description:
The Business Development Head Role, would spearhead the Sales initiatives in order to make in-roads into the market with our multiple service offerings, expand client base, maximize revenue & market share while ensuring profitability. This is a critical leadership role that has the opportunity to define the future of our recruitment services value proposition.
Should have CXO, CHRO level connections in mostly IT companies (Not mandatory)
Very good % sharing
Earning opportunity of more than 1 Lac per month in a very nominal target achievement. Your efforts to be used just once at the time of business closure & you get paid monthly for that business closure.
PS: There is no fixed salary involved here so % sharing is quite high.
Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible to get us RPO deals from different companies
Ability to acquire Clients for multiple recruitment services
Able to grow the business in alignment with company business plans.
Responsible for managing and enhancing the Client relationships.
Strategic planning in developing new clients, new strategies and its implementation.
Anticipate client concerns and proactively resolve them
Generate new business through business development activities
Requirements:
Should have excellent CXO, CHRO level connections
Experience in managing Sales/Recruitment Operations of a mid to large Staffing company
Attention to detail, Self-driven, ability to work independently, competitive and passion for success
Ability to persuade
Outstanding Communication and Convincing Skills
Strong analytical, mediation and problem resolution skills
Demonstrated leadership skill with a bias toward action, supporting a culture of ownership and learning
Skilled in collaborative management environment, succeeding through regular meetings and clear formal and informal communication with members of the management team
Candidate can be in any location, but we are looking for RPO business in Pune/Mumbai for now
