Role Title: Manager/Senior Manager Location: Gurgaon Experience: 5-10 Years Educational Qualification: Law Graduate/Post-Graduate Responsibilities: Regulatory Affairs - Evaluate the impact of all major regulatory changes (IRDA/RBI/SEBI/AMFI) and assess the impact on the policies and operating procedures. - Undertake reporting's to IRDA/RBI/SEBI/AMFI/MOF/MHA - Liaise with the regulator (RBI/IRDA/SEBI/AMFI) for compliances and furthering business needs Compliance Monitoring - Monitor and update compliance monitoring plan of the Company - Identify and report compliance breaches - Monitor compliance related product development - Govern operating and transaction process including AML/CFT/STR requirements - Undertake brand monitoring Product Review - Participate and advice in new product reviews at product design stage for compliance risk assessment &amp; impact - Monitor new offers and campaigns for alignment to regulatory &amp; legal framework of such product/scheme.
