Summary of essential job functions :

Social Media Lead is a key role in team marketing. The person will be responsible to keep the brand alive on various social media platforms and continue to drive brand affinity.

Job Responsibilities :

- Drive engagement and product adoption through various social media platforms

- The person will be responsible for development and execution of content marketing strategy for the brand

- Nurture the community of Freecharge users

- Measure and analyze the performance of various social media activities for better ROI

- Work closely with various agencies for development of social media activities and developing social media content for various activities

- Own the consumer listening piece

- Work cross functionally with other teams within the organization

Minimum requirements (Education Qualification & Work Experience) :

Education Qualification : Graduation from an accredited college or university. MBA will be an added advantage

Work Experience : 4-8 years of work experience in managing social media for a consumer facing brand

- Good understanding of content marketing

- Good understanding of creation and publishing of high quality, original social media content

- Knowledge of tools to build and manage social media campaigns for better targeting and improving ROI

- Knowledge to leverage the tools for social media monitoring and listening

- Attitude to work with cross-functional teams
