Role Title&nbsp;: Manager/Senior Manager Location&nbsp;: Gurgaon Experience&nbsp;: 4-8 Years Educational Qualification&nbsp;: MBA/CA Responsibilities : - Create Business Plans &amp; forecasts, create P&amp;L, Balance sheets and cashflows. - Ownership of cost and revenue reports with explanation of normal and one-off trends in line with organisations financial and non-financial goals. - Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards. Liaison with the accounting team to compare actuals vs plans and forecasts and prepare variance reports against the same - Liaison with cross functional peers to gain understanding of nature of activities to be able to accurately project future financial trends. Help in create departmental budgets. - Undertake various Revenue and Cost efficiency analyses to gauge the profitability and impact on financial health of business - Prepare special, ad-hoc reports/responses for various audience groups including investor, consultants, CxO office etc - Project short- and medium-term fund requirements of business - Create and maintain models for evaluation of commercial proposals Skills Required : - Must be MBA/CA - 4-8 years of experience in Management Reporting/Financial Planning &amp; analysis/Business Planning/financial reporting/commercial with exposure to senior management - Problem solving attitude with proficiency in data handling - MS Excel, PowerPoint skills
