Associate Product Manager

About the role :

This role is tailor made for you if you're passionate about taking up ideas and bringing them to life. You will engage with our customer base directly and decide the future of the product by working closely with key partners. You'll lead efforts across engineering, design, analytics, marketing, business and beyond to launch impactful projects. You'll have the support of mentors from both technology, product and operations domains to increase your hands-on learning and deliver the outcomes.

Product: CS products: Chatbot, Emailbot

Responsibilities :

An ideal candidate for this role:

- Owns the product across its lifecycle.

- Identifies user's pain points through product-consumer research, articulates problem statements and designs solutions and helps deliver next generation products for millions of users.

- Works with data/analytics to identify opportunities of understanding user behaviour patterns and gaps.

- Coordinates with the Customer Support team to get valuable inputs and customer VOC to improve efficiencies in the current product

- Augments domain knowledge by staying on top of the ever-evolving trifecta of market, competition and regulation

- Works with leadership team in planning the product roadmap and executing on product strategy

- Creates user stories, PRDs and associated workflows using tools like Figma, Visio etc.

- Learns new skills in line with business/domain/product requirements on a regular basis

- Uses collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc. to document and drive understanding of user stories among cross functional stakeholders

- Coordinates with engineering team to plan and deliver features on time using Agile implementation tools

- Measures success of product features by identifying, tracking and improving both business and product metrics throughout product lifecycle

- Communicates confidently and effectively across the length and breadth of the organization

- Coordinates with the vendor team to close deliverables.

- Experience in managing products like chatbot and/or emailbot is a plus.

- Has 1-2 years of product management experience.

- Technical knowledge is a plus.
