Job Description Candidate will be responsible for setting up the contact centre for FreeCharge and managing Tele Sales team. You will oversee a team of Tele Sales professionals by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with internal team for farming the data from different data sources like Marketing Team, User Growth & most importantly with Data Analytics team. Title: Associate Director / Director (Telesales) Location: Gurgaon Experience: 10-15 Years Education: Bachelors / Masters What we are looking for? - Who is having experience in leading a Tele Sales Team should know Inbound, outbound calling. - Must have experience in selling Personal Loans or any other banking products. - Must have experience in cross selling and upselling - Lead generation by collaborating with internal teams - Managing day to day Sales targets (B2C Sales) - Identify and qualify potential leads - business opportunities and customer needs. - Design sale targets and ensure the team meets - Go- getter, number driven Responsibilities: - Responsible for achieving the quarterly/annual sales target - Developing individual sales goals and ensuring they are met - Candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 40-45 telesales professionals (Outbound Calling) - Collaborating with internal teams for lead generation - Coach & mentor Team lead so that they are able to manage their teams better. - Finding ways to better engage with customers for e.g. deeper client relationship by offering new products
